Who runs Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts?

Tali Tarlow

Tali Tarlow founder and director of Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts

Tali Tarlow: It can be said that I wear many hats, but perhaps what qualifies me most for developing and running Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts is, that I am a mother of 4 kids who want to have fun!  I have been developing curriculum and educational programs both in and out of the classroom for the past 20 years. My goal is always to blend a meaningful and educational experience with pure fun!  I made Aliyah from South Africa AND from England (don’t ask – it’s too complicated) and I live in Elazar, Gush Etzion, with my husband, kids and dog. I am also a speech writer and you can see my website at http://www.yourjewishspeech.com. For more info about what I do please see http://www.linkedin.com/in/talitarlow

At Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts we have an ever growing team of qualified and experienced guides.  See some of our amazing guides below:

Our philosophy

At Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts we believe that there is so much to see and do in Jerusalem, and the best way to “see and do” Jerusalem is with your eyes, feet and hands along with your hearts and souls!  We have tried – and succeeded  – to make the Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts an educational and fantastically FUN program for groups of all ages and types!

What are Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts?

On the backdrop of ancient relics, picturesque alleys, and timeless charm, you will discover the rich history and unique character of Jerusalem the Scavenger Hunt way.  This is an educational program, and it is also lots of fun!  You will find no better way to encounter and experience the epic tales of the past, intertwined with the present and future!

What happens on Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts?

Participants will be divided into teams who will, maps in hand, race against time – and each other – to gather information and fulfill missions at the different stations along the route.

Who does Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts?

Families and groups, kids and adults, college groups and business “fun day” participants all  love Jerusalem Scavenger Hunts.    Participants have consistently told us that this unique program was one of the hi-lights of their Jerusalem encounter!

Each of us had a great morning, learned some spectacular and moving history about different parts and periods of the Old City and enjoyed exploring the city with the other participants. Everything was really well organized and professionally run and can scale easily for smaller or larger groups.  Highly recommended for anyone looking for a company event, or if you have visiting VIPs etc. that you need to take for a tour. “
